Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Exchange?
- You can reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp on +91 7975550298 to initiate the process.
- Our team will get in touch with you at the earliest to arrange for a reverse pick up.
- keep the product packed and the order number handy.
- Our courier partner will provide you with the tracking number for your return order.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, after a quality check, you will be contacted by our team.
- Once we dispatch the replacement product, you will be provided with the new tracking number.
- The same order cannot be exchanged twice. However if you do choose to exchange once again, you will have to bear the shipping costs of RS 150
Do we offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds at the moment.
If your Pin code is not in the serviceable area i.e. if our delivery agents are not able to come for pick-up, the customer has to self-ship the product. The shipping charges will be refunded only if the customer provides the Docket Slip.
