Return/Exchange Policy

 

1. Our return/exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return/exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. For return requests, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 days from the date of the pickup and is valid for 2 months. Store credit can be used to purchase any product from our website. 

5. If your Pin code is not in the serviceable area i.e. if our delivery agents are not able to come for pick-up, the customer has to self-ship the product. Shipping charges upto 150 Rs will be refunded provided the customer shares the docket slip.
